Patients’ Satisfaction with Quality Healthcare Services in Omani Public Hospitals: The Moderating Role of the Perceived Risk of Covid 19

چکیده
The quality of healthcare services becomes more important during crisis, In the event a COVID-19 pandemic, scenario is chaotic and confusing owing to random unexpected spread pandemic. present study aims use SERVQUAL model in measuring service patient satisfaction while moderation perceived risk COVID 19 between quality, Resources availability, Healthcare facility preparedness public sector Oman. research based on Expectancy-Disconfirmation Paradigm, Extended Valence Framework, stakeholders’ theory. this study, mixed design sample size for quantitative approach 387 patients selected using probability sampling qualitative 8 who visited Omani hospitals period. result analysis SEM RMSEA results showed good fit. Only tangibility dimension resource availability had an insignificant effect hospitals. Perceived pandemic among was insignificant. indicated that assurance, reliability, responsiveness empathy were most aspects service.
